Our Terms and Conditions and Subscription FAQs, which are accepted during checkout, clearly specify that plugin licenses renew automatically each year, and these renewals are not eligible for refunds.
We, in fact, send out a payment reminder 30 days before the renewal date for those who may have accepted the terms without thoroughly reviewing them.
To avoid any further charges, we suggest canceling your subscription before the upcoming renewal date.

The plugin is well-built and does a solid job out of the box. Its base functionality is clean and reliable, and with some custom coding, I was able to extend it further to meet my needs. However, it’s important to note that it does not support WooCommerce Bundles, which may be a dealbreaker for some setups.

Unfortunately, my experience with the refund policy and renewal process has been very disappointing. The plugin comes with auto-renewal enabled by default, and there’s no refund option once the renewal is processed — even if it catches you off guard. To me there was no clear reminder before the renewal, and the FULL PRICE was automatically charged without any prompt — despite the plugin not receiving any significant updates.

I received only a single reminder — a month in advance — with no follow-up closer to the renewal date. Compared to other plugins that offer multiple alerts, this felt intentional and misleading, as if catching users off guard is part of the strategy. Be sure to check the renewal settings immediately if you choose to buy.
