I’ve been using the YITH Pending Order Survey plugin for a while now, and it’s been a huge help. I can easily set up surveys to send to customers with pending orders, and the ability to add a coupon code or a “retry payment” link in the email is great for encouraging completions. The thank-you email after a completed order is a nice touch too. The survey responses are easy to track, and I can see which orders were recovered thanks to the surveys.

The admin panel includes useful info and a report. Overall you can understand why some customers don’t go through with their orders and make any necessary modifications to change that

A nice tool for keeping track of pending or unfinished orders… it’s a good way to create a personalized experiences for customers by understanding their needs. It works well and it’s also nicely developed.

So far it’s the best way I found to handle pending orders, definitely worth it
