Comprendiamo che il plugin attualmente non ti permette di gestire i prodotti tramite POS come vorresti. Considerato che al momento non possiamo modificare il funzionamento del plugin, abbiamo provveduto a effettuare il rimborso come da te richiesto.

Non è utilizzabile cosi e da ticket aperti mi hanno risposto che questo è e che non faranno modifiche sul plugin.

The drop-down menu is not user-friendly at all. We use the plugin at trade fairs, and things are hectic there. Time and time again, cashiers choose the wrong payment option, and at the end of the day, the receipts from the different methods are not correct.
It would be much, much better to have customizable buttons for each payment option such as cash, credit card, Twint, coupons, etc. Usually there are no more than 4 different ones. It should also be ensured that one has to be selected before proceeding with the payment process. Buttons are also more user-friendly for touch-screen monitors than this small drop-down menu.
