For such a high price this plugin really lacks on the frontend. It really doesn’t look great, there are some UX issues (e.g. displaying the red asterix and “Optional” in big red letters for optional products is confusing… you should reserve that for Required components only) and the customisation options are somewhat limited in terms of how it displays to customers (e.g. you can’t decide whether or not to display the SKU and product description). Also the conditional logic to hide a component doesn’t work with the step layout. The conditional logic and setting up components is mostly fine, but a free plugin I have used has way more customisation options. It just didn’t have the conditional logic that I needed which is the only reason why I have used this one.

I use it with the Min Max Qty plugin, which is also great. I can confirm that everything’s been smooth so far. My store hasn’t had any problems or issues, and the enhancements have been great!

I’m pretty happy with this addition to my store. It’s flexible enough that I can offer a wide range of product combinations, but still simple enough that customers aren’t overwhelmed with options. The product selection process is intuitive and really helps with sales. And the few times I reached out to support, they were quick to respond and really helpful. I appreciate that kind of service, especially when it comes to something that affects my business directly.

Hi there!

As you may know, it is not possible to download old plugin versions on our website, only updated versions because we care about giving our users updated plugins in every sense, from the design and options to security and compatibility with the WordPress-WooCommerce environment. The Terms & Conditions you agreed to when ordering state that licenses include access to downloads and that a valid and active license is needed to download premium plugins. When your license expires, you cannot download the premium plugin anymore.

If you kept previous plugin versions you downloaded while your license was active, you’re free to use them as our plugins are under GPL license. Also, consider that some of our plugins are available in a free version as well and can be downloaded and used anytime considering they have limited options compared to the premium version.
