Confermiamo che il sistema di ticket utilizzato per il supporto aggiorna lo stato ogni volta che viene aggiunto un messaggio a una risposta già in attesa, facendo così perdere la priorità acquisita (come indicato nella sezione dell’account dedicata al supporto). Questo comportamento non è purtroppo modificabile; pertanto, più volte viene aggiornata la risposta, più lunghi saranno i tempi di attesa.

Quindi per evitare plugin di terze parti, mi sono affidato a loro per un sito e-commerce abbastanza complesso e con molte funzionalità. Al momento tutto a meraviglia, recensione 5 stelle anche per l’assistenza che (sempre al momento) risponde entro le 24 ore. Spero di continuare cosi’. Mi riservo di effettuare altre recensioni visto che ho acquistato al momento 8 plugin.
