Support for this item is horrible. I have had issues with this plugin and always, the conversation has been like this.
Me: “The system does not work. I have read article ABC, tried to set up X, checked Z and Y. Can you help?”
Support: “Hi, have you tried reading article ABC?”
M: “Yes, I have read it.”
S: “Ok, you should set up X to get system to work.”
M: “I have set it up.”
S: “Please check Z and Y to fix the problem.”
M: “I have already done that.”
S: “Maybe it could be -new thing-?”
M: “Ok, the system works now.”

Why is the support not able to read the messages that are send to them? It always takes 12-24 hours for support to reply so fixing any problem takes atleast 2-3 days because they don’t reply to your question and ignore the things you have already tried.

Let us clarify that you can use any payment gateway that's compatible with WooCommerce to have auction winners pay for the items they've won. Now, if you want to force users to add a credit card in order to bid and then charge the winner's card automatically, then you would need to use our YITH WooCommerce Stripe as these are additional features that are only available with this integration. Of course, this is not mandatory and it's entirely your decision if you want to get the plugin for this purpose. We make sure to mention this is a result of the integration with another plugin and state it's not included to make it clear and prevent users from thinking it is. This company prominently displays and touts it’s ability for you to make customers save their credit card data prior to being able to bid on auction items. But that feature requires you paying an exorbitant amount for an additional stripe plug-in (when WordPress easily integrates with Stripe for free). They’ve been called out for this in at least one other review and no changes have been made to the product page. Any mention of unlocking additional features for more money is written in plain text (as opposed to the prominent design of the product feature itself) and located well below the products services.

At this point, I’d already spent hours taking and uploading photos to be used in the auctions through this product. In reaching out to support, I’d have expected some considerable deduction in price (even just for the first year of what should not be a subscription service) for the Stripe Integration, and was instead offered 5% off. An insult.

So now I’m considering cancelling and undoing the work I’ve already put into building this integration. It’s truly sad and I feel swindled. You should too
