It is possible to easily cancel the automatic renewal from the account up to the day before the scheduled charge date, which we communicate via email 30 days beforehand so that our customers have enough time to decide whether to keep the subscription active or not.

Renewal orders are non-refundable, except in rare exceptions that we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

I’m an Australian business owner protected under Australian Consumer Law, which requires refunds in cases like this — especially for future, unused services. I even provided video proof that I turned off auto-renewal, but they still refused.

They hide behind rigid refund policies, completely ignoring legitimate consumer rights. If you’re a business relying on ethical billing and support, be extremely cautious with Yithemes. I’m now lodging a complaint with the ACCC and QLD Office of Fair Trading, and will initiate a chargeback through Paypal. BUYER BEWARE!
