Yes, in this case, you can use YITH Multi Vendor / Marketplace and keep the Vendors Shipping module off while also limiting vendors’ order management in the Vendors Permissions section of the plugin. This way, the admin will process and ship the orders. Addittionally, you’ll need to enable the option to synchronize the parent order and suborder so all the changes you make to the main order are also applied to the vendor order.

Hi Lira! Products can’t be assigned to more than one vendor. Each vendor can create and sell their products only. Here, you can see an example of a vendor’s store and, by clicking on launch Admin Demo, you can test the plugin features both on admin and vendor’s side.
